Printing processes used as this facility:
Robbie uses state-of-the-art, customizable flexographic printing and conversion techniques to create its revolutionary and award-winning packaging solutions. Printing techniques include line and process printing up to 10 colors; extended Gamut printing up to 7 colors; reverse printing and laminations.
Robbie’s certified flexographic press operators manage the printing process with gearless sleeved presses complimented by plate inventory and maintenance processes. Robbie’s many quality assurance systems, from quality checklists to sophisticated testing equipment, are important for final, dazzling results.  Microdot mounting and ink lab procedures are completed and approved prior to each print run.
