for reference. Once you begin the application you can not save your work, and must complete the application at one time, online which can be started by following the link below.

SGP allows a facility a 12 month time frame to meet all criteria (including successful completion of an on-site audit) in order to become SGP Certified.

To begin the application process, select the SGP application. Upon fee submission the application will be reviewed by SGP staff for completeness and accuracy.  If there are questions, the facility will be contacted for clarification.

Once the application is deemed complete, the facility will be notified and asked to proceed to the next certification steps.
